SYSTEM 4000

The CHEM-CLEAN® SYSTEM 4000, the highest production, most labor efficient furniture stripping equipment available, consists of the SYSTEM 1000 plus the CHEM-CLEAN® Automatic Stripping Machine ASM-200. The ASM-200 is a high volume, automatic device, which minimizes handwork. The 11 gauge, 6 X 6 X 8 ft. chamber, has a 330 gallon baffled sump feeding a 5 H.P.-XP seal less pump that delivers 120 gallons per minute of CHEM-CLEAN® Solvent #3 through 18 strategically placed flat jet nozzles onto furniture placed on a 5.75 foot diameter rotating table. The table is capable of holding a standard office desk or as many as 5 side chairs. The unique combination of moderate pressure, peel back effect and gentleness allows stripping the most delicate pieces of furniture in complete safety.

Automatic dry chemical fire protection, safety interlocks between pump and automatic ventilating system (18 inch XP exhaust fan), 1/3 H.P. XP turntable drive motor, complete remote control panel with cycling timer.

Identical to those supplied with the SYSTEM 1000 less the CHEM-CLEAN® Semi-Paste stripper, Plus 6 drums (330gallons) of CHEM-CLEAN® Solvent #3.
