SYSTEM 1000

The CHEM-CLEAN® SYSTEM 1000 consists of a 4 X 7.5 ft. wash tray draining into a 30 gallon baffled sump that feeds an air operated, magnetically driven, seal less centrifugal pump. The pump delivers CHEM-CLEAN Solvent #3 to the valved hose used to wet down the furniture to be stripped. An integral slot system ducted to a 3 phase- 2H.P. centrifugal fan (single phase motor available at additional cost) provides ventilation to maintain solvent vapor levels in the breathing zone below the OSHA required TLV. Heavily painted pieces are first coated with a semi-paste CHEM-CLEAN® stripper to remove the bulk of the coating: the pieces are than placed on the wash tray for final clean up.

4 polyethylene aprons

1 box nylon scrub pads

1 squeegee

1 unit CHEM-CLEAN® Demoisturizer

1 gallon LEACH-FREETM Sludge Treatment
